I bought this to record football games.
I haven't had any problems at all. I held the camera with both hands and was able to record a whole half time show with no problems.
I have only watched the footage directly on the tv. I havn't done anything with the computer as of yet so I can't comment on the software. The zoom is great. I have had no problems at all. Canon FS 200 has a slim design, easily fits in your pocket. The pictures are stored in JPEG. It is available in blue, silver and red color. Dual shot feature is the best option. Very easy and comfortable to use. This camcorder does not support HD recording but if people are comfortable with SD video, this is the best option. For more details refer canon fs200 review
